With another race-based shooting, but this one literally related to my work as the shooter was a serial eeo filer over a period of more than 10 years, I'm tempted to write a long honest diatribe about race. But why? I know what I know. See what I see, perceive what I do and hear the thoughts and words of others.

I'm also sick - a real writing energy suck.

I'm guessing your diatribe would include something like the following: Just because you are a member of a disadvantaged group, that doesn't mean your lack of success at the job is due to discrimination.

Actually no, but it's a fair guess. I'm more annoyed with organized groups with agendas, general points of discussion, internet manufactured outrage vs. identity, feasible positions, and silliness like that. Individual cases I only sometimes use to illustrate or just laugh at idiots.
