vicarzI worked 10 hours yesterday and got my key interview done on my newest case - so losing part of today and tomorrow for doing the interviews should go well. Also, they listened to my input on the shitty interview questions! If both aren't out at least one was modified (why are you the best candidate / over what are your strengths). Yay, I work.
Speaking of, my job is open at OGC...at the GS-14. Same as I am now. That's a shame. I've always seen moving to OGC as a promotion - and really it is, but leave my digs and earned seniority for future promotion potential and unofficial position rank?
Every once in a rare while, I actually am making decisions in which I choose lifestyle over money, status, and position. It's kind of nice to remind myself I'm choosing these things instead of just casually referring to myself as a slacker. I really do choose things over money.
