Another awful workout. I had to cut back once because I worked out too much and was unable to recover / get stronger. Working out less, I got stronger.
Today I was weaker than last week. It's just bench, but I only got 1 good lift at 185 - pre-surgery I did 235 and almost got 245 (video unavailable so it's all allegation).
Maybe I need to look into that rotator stuff shutter was talking about, but it didn't hurt so much today as I was just weak.
Tomorrow I see the ortho doctor about my hip. Right now I'm pissed off.
