Texted with the contractor today,
1. Another dumpster arrives soon, the another. He ordered some supporting joists, and when he has supported the area where the stairs are now, the mysterious cinder block wall comes down.
2. He wants to meet with me Fri, around wall-come-down day, to go over proposed changes to the layout.
I need get off my caboose and find out if I should, and if so how, to set up a corporation or some other entity for what is now a significant real estate venture.
I've toured renovation / restoration places, and am not sure what to do about doors. The layout I think I have figured out, but then the big if is price.
