Got a message from Dell saying that instead of shipping the damn thing 8/11 they are going to ship it 8/25. School starts this saturday. Fuckers. I may cancel the order and use this 10% circuit city coupon after all. Bastards. This is just one more thing I didn't need to totally fuck my schedule before school even starts. Fuckers.

You do NOT want to use Dell dear. We've had NOTHING but problems with them here at work. It's best to cancel and go to either Best Buy or Circuit City, for piece of mind later on in the ownership process. THey pretty much suck ass in the customer servce department too. Service SEEMS to be hit & miss to boot. All around, they suck balls.

Heh! No matter what brand I mention, people trash it. I've heard great things about Dells, and shitty things. There is no continuity in advice, that much I have learned. Sigh...whatever I get I'll throw it out in a year anyway.

I know IBM Thinkpads are good and the Sony's are good, we have those here as well, both customer service & support have been nothing but good to us in the past 3 years I've worked here. Dell royally fucked us in SO many ways. So, what ever, just giving ya my $.03 worth I guess.
