ohfuckyeah

I was right - I was close to 2 reps last time. Today I tried my pb squat, 305, and did get 2 reps strong. I grunted so loud I apologized to the guy next to me (noting I just set a personal record). According to the adding machine with the tv attached to it this means my max is 320. It's unproven, but I see a record, a peanut butter, in my future.

So far I have mastered the one plate goal - overhead press 135.
Goal of 3 plates is looking good - squat of 315 may happen in the next few months.
Goal of 2 plates not looking so good - bench is not reliably near 225.
Goal of 4 plates I won't know about until Thur because 4 weeks ago Thur I failed on that attempt.

By the way I'm fat right now, as in not washboardy. It's cold and I'm strong - fuck abs. For now.

And now I'm having a Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout.

I only do it to make others feel small and weak. I'm a passive-aggressive bully!

I might make some more shirts tho:
"I do bicep curls in the squat cage"
"I yell on my 2nd rep of 8"

Or just run with a pink sequined twink number...
