Speaking of Atlanta - How to tell if something is a strip club:

1. The word exotic or club (not limited to gentlemen's) in the name
2. The word gold or platinum in the name
3. The front is a bright color, but the sides, back, parking lot, and even dumpster area is a flat matte black. Even the dumpster may be matte black.
---Strip clubs are Kabuki in the front, ninja in the back.
4. Churches nearby
5. Silhouettes on signs
6. Word in title or sign repeated 3 or more times for emphasis
7. Spotlessly clean parking lot

I saw speed traps in school zones - the lights flash based on the time of day dropping the speed limit to 25 mph. It's pretty offensive when the school is far from the road, but far more so when school is not in session. Safety was the stated reason for the law, but finance is the practice.

Why would a strip club have a spotlessly clean parking lot? Even if school isn't in session, there might be student activities anyhow. Back in high school, I know marching band and football met during the summer at school.

Probably not at 7:30 am on August 11? I mean it's conceivable, but I saw no children saved by the valiant policeman making financial tickets on the highway.

I think strip clubs want to do everything they can to keep from annoying the neighbors or give zealots anything to whine about.

I know our high school football team would have two-a-days practices to get ready for the season. They started pretty early (8am?), presumably to give the parents a chance to drop them off before work. Not sure what they did for the long break in between workouts. Maybe worked out car pool arrangements. That's funny about the strip club parking lots. Makes sense.
