I don't know if the bartenders are the same Saturday as Sunday, but at least one there has ripped me and Nate off more than once and yeah, the drink quality varies wildly. We never use credit cards there and have learned to double check the price advertised on the site or flyer, then ask before ordering, then correct her if she's wrong.
