A couple of fawques
Aug. 17th, 2010 06:15 pmToday as the upstairs group celebrated the birthday of someone I don't know with a sheet cake that costs $17.99 at Costco, and considers a serving size to be 1/40 of that sheet cake which has 320 calories of which 140 are from fat, they sang a verse from the b-day song I had not heard before:
Ma-ay Go-od bless you,
ma-ay go-od bless you,
ma-ay go-Od bless you-ooo-ooo,
ma-a-ay go-o-od bless you.
I "joked" with them I was going to put their harassment of me with their flagrant discriminatory judeoxtian assault in my EEO claim against them. The joke is I'm never joking when I make those jokes. I genuinely find that shit offensive.
There are many ways to be an asshole back to someone. Today this was mine:
Good afternoon:
The report does not have the requested demographic information or cover the range of dates requested in the interrogatory: ( copy of interrogatory )
Specifically, this chart is limited to the period of 2009-10 and has no demographic information. A response to the interrogatory would extend to the year 2005 and have whatever demographic information we carry relative to this request.
I am sorry if there was difficulty coordinating the information with HRFO on this discovery response. When you raised the lack of demographic information to me in person this afternoon, I had suggested today that the response be sent by ER directly to HRFO to provide the demographic information on those named employees rather than to me, as I would merely have to forward the message to them to collect the information (though you could cc me). I made a similar suggestion when I worked with HRFO - who then forwarded the information to ER to process the information relative to their subject area of probationary removals.
Since I have been sent the response directly, I am asking that HRFO take the response I am forwarding from ER and fill in the demographic information available per the original request, to then return to me (you may cc ER for their records). I believe we will need the race information for each of the people in the attached chart from ER.
In addition, I am asking ER to process the information as requested back to 2005.
If ER was not provided with the information past 2009, I am asking HRFO to please send it to them.
I am asking everyone to help me coordinate the response - if a request is likely to come from someone other than me, please feel free to contact that person or group directly. I am always happy to answer questions and otherwise aide in the response, though I cannot author each response from beginning to end.
