Ya know...when I see a high-ranking official putting this in an email, "Let's make it a wonderful productive week all around" I just want to find a better way to escape this place. Really? Really!? Could you be a little less sincere? This while he has 2 train wrecks out of 3 branches, and we're the one that has no problems but he wants to be "fair" so he's trying to find things to improve here...which means first you need to create define a problem, then form a measurable way to correct that problem.

Really? So in other words because we don't have problems you're going to come up with something to measure us by - in other words the work is being done well so you'll dive into some extraneous factor and _create a way to find failure_ which has never been a problem before?

Remind me to take the failures of a large organization along with the security it provides.

Nope - I also just got a very disappointing "bonus" the same time top brass is taking credit for the huge numbers associated with the case/settlement I worked on for a horrible 9 months. Now watching some of the political posturing and what appears to be horribly insincere words (from an otherwise smart, hard-working, and genuinely nice guy) I just want to projectile...

Really annoying to see other people taking credit for your work.
