Looking at sale items I get so overwhelmed until I realize my life already "works" and no purchase will make me happy. Of course, no purchase would make me particularly sad either...
me too...I got up early on Black Friday, contemplated going shopping and then decided I had already missed the really early deals and skipped the madhouse.
Same, plus I've been scanning ads and see that the doorbuster specials are only $50 discounts - discounts which are quickly replicated before xmas by the same and competing stores.
Plus there are always line jumpers and if they don't give out passes or #'d slips of some sort it's really hard to either not be fuxored by asshats or get into altercations standing up for fair play.
