One thing I hate is not being able to leave a temporary message on my voice mail. Whenever I go away I have to record "I'll be out of the office from xxx" and then whenever I come back I have the depressing task of re-recording the damn "I'm away from my desk". Which I often fail to do, out of wishful thinking. Then people hear only "I'll be out of the office bla bla bla", not that the dates are a month old, and don't leave me messages.
