I hurt the left one boxing - I know that, but the right one - and the way my bicep feels all tight, and burning, as a result mystifies me. I got this condition while doing what I was told was rehab - using wrist curls with relatively high reps and slowly increased weight. Sigh.

Bags are awesome, but people don't know how to use them and abuse the hell out of them. They are always hit with stupid form, nobody ever moves around the bag (I'm more than a little relieved that they put up a bag AND did it right), they kick with any type of shoe on, and my favorite was hitting the bag WITH HAND WEIGHTS.

I feel slightly like a bad ass except there are some clearly trained fighters in that gym too - and I am sure they will see how bad I suck by watching my bag work. On the other hand, the other 80% that don't matter will think I'm either a badass or showing off. I'm neither (but it still is fun).
