vicarzWell my real estate guy just left, and I have just ratified yet another contract at full price on house #2! The cash down was 20%, and they put up 5 grand just for earnest money, so it looks rock solid. This could be a good thing!
Odd trivia - I'll benefit from the republican idiocy that I oppose of lowering the capital gains tax which I'll be paying on this sale. I still oppose it because it's bad for the country, even if it is good for me.
