(no subject)

I got a "last offer" of 300 with 12 back (net 288)

Pros/cons (I write because it helps me think)
No renting out for inaugrual
Done, done, and done - less to think about
But, then I have to put $ in the stock market or barely meet inflation - how fucking scary is that?
NO MORE NEARLY LIVING PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK
But I won't be maximizing growth either
Tax free gains
but if the market bumps a just a tad in a year or so then this tax-free might be less gain than the sum of the gains even after taxes plus interest/opportunity cost
My job situation becomes far less precarious
See no more living nearly paycheck to paycheck
No more worrying about rent/landlord issues
The last year has had almost no problems whatsoever

I think the all caps have it though. I always defer to security.

EDIT - SOLD, I'm now an ex-slumlord.

Yeah, that'd have to be a big plus for me, too. :)

IMO, resolution has more value than cash.

but just to play devil's advocate ...

the long term ivestent could lead to a much greater payoff than cashing out now....

Do you have a financial advisor? Might want to ask one for advice if you're really unsure.

I EAT MY OWN POOP

My own research is my advisor, that and dumb luck. I don't think they could bring any more accuracy than my own research and the conflicting views on where each respective market is going at this time.

I'm sure you're right. The times, they are crayzee.

Also, congratulations on selling! It gives me hope in my cold, dead heart. :)

Congrats!

Trust me, if I could figure out a way to not live paycheck to paycheck, I'd be using more than caps!!! :) Someday I'll get there!!!
