Nope, by the numbers most are white. As for the effect, to the best of my knowledge this was an anonymous poll. Notice the huge majority voted on the character issue, then on issues felt the military - world was th most important one. I find this odd, the idea that character means they will do a better job of ordering people to fight or negotiating peace. I think it's more that they fire from the hip, their gut likes the old white guy, and then the issues they say the candidate will be superior on are simply a reflection of their pre-existing views. It's actually quite sad no matter how I look at it.
