I don't see it as bizarro. I don't see anything wrong with abstinence.
Although I believe in the ability for a woman to chose to have an abortion I think its a pretty sick thing to rely on it as a form of birth control when there are other options. "Oh who cares if I get pregnant! I'll just have an abortion! teehee!"
