I can't believe how lucky I was to have sold all that stock when I did. Hear that flushing sound? Please remember who was in power and what moves destroyed the US economy, from deregulation (some aspects I occasionally argue for) to some sort of skirmish in the desert somewhere uninteresting. Anyone else hungry for waffles? Confidence != decision-making.

Today I'm going to be talking about the loser stances we have in litigation, all of which I'm the lead asshole on. However, I'm looking forward to the gym like nobody's business. Today is bar-bench day. Black metal is on winamp. Dethklok is in my car. I'm probably going to bench 185 today - not because it's 10 lbs higher than 175, but because it's easier to find 2 25lb weights than 4 10lb weights. Or not - I still am mad I didn't get that #10 rep. Meh, I'd rather be close to the weight I'm trying to hit than hoping a calculator is reasonably accurate. I can't ignore that a short time ago, 2 months?, I could only lift 185 3 times on a good day.

On an ironic note, I just found out what NSBM black metal is. Oops. Wolflair radio is the most popular death metal on shoutcast, with 26 listeners nation/world-wide. Any minute now the government will tumble.

I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do with my program when I hit that 225 bench. Which I'm doing. Soon. The squats stay, the leg press is insane, and while I like the deadlifts I really need to learn them better. I think some of the free weight exercises are going back to cable - I did better on my back on cable than free weight, though I see advantages to both. I will be picking up the cardio, though I need to check out HIIT and re-read some lawyer's detailed running post. I very much like the idea of an hour gym time, but it's hard to stick to. Oh, may plan out a HST program and see how that goes - but it's a little too scientifical for lil ol me and my intuitive senses...though this program was counterintuitive and has had results.

FOR SALE Motorola surfboard Broadband cable modem SB-5101. I didn't realize you needed a separate contract with the provider for each modem...oops. I'll be shopping for wireless network stuff, focus on cheap. Make me an offer on a barely out of the package SB-5101 (box shredded already).

May organize a trip to apex, depends on what night the boxing crew settles on. If it doesn't happen this weekend it might be a while as I have several (shitty) cases I have to travel for.

What's funny, is I consider myself lucky that our corporate window is open to buy stock. I don't think it's been this low in awhile, and when you consider the trends, well... I'll be making a nice return the next time the window opens. :)

Got your message too late last, sorry! I turned my phone off so I could work and just forgot that I did for the longest time.

So you have a pink razr, how cool are you?

No no no - was giving you an excuse to play with yours. I'm still using 2 cups and a string.

If your not kidding about selling your stock I'm glad for you.

Nope - sold a ton right before the market crashed and sunk it into paying off a mortgage. Now if the Fed lowers rates even more and that translates into a cut in mortgage rates (unlikely, sigh) I can also refinanace my mortgage and generate more income overall.

I'm glad you came out right with this rather than what most people did. I hope it keeps getting better for you. Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket.

No doubt - doing that today, even if the lottery really is a tax on people who are not good at math.

I don't understand the lotto being a tax on people, but I do bet that I"ll never win. I'll never know unless I play, but since I don't play all the time I'm less likely to win.
