I'm not sure. I try not to rest too long between sets - 30 seconds is short, 2 minutes is long.

I do have serious muscle fatigue in the quads, calves, lumbar, tri-bi, shoulders in general, and even my grip (forearms?) I'm used to that being a sign of growth to come. Wrong? Partially right?
