Yeah, I'm of the WoW comfort gamer variety. By the end of law school, I had maxed out a handful of characters. For me it isn't the glory of progress or getting to know people, it's the mindless and repetitive nature of knowing exactly how to level up a character quickly and effectively. It's almost like masturbating - but without any cleanup required.
