I'm in Emp law, but I just got an email that my ethics exam score is up - only a 98 scaled. The avg is scaled 100 - so I'm right on average...which for me sucks, but I didn't try very hard either. In DC I only needed a 75 to pass, VA needds 85, and in MD it is mixed in their bar questions. In short, I didn't do well, it doesn't matter, and I passed.

Tonight on the way home from class I'm buying a used cd player. Fuck Apple.

I'm sorry you only did average, but with what you have going on it doesn't surprise me. I'm considering college at some point next year since trying to learn new things will probably be good for me.

I was certain that I failed the MPRE. So when I found out that I passed, I was just relieved.
