I look at the calendar today, seeing that I'm barely 5 months from taking the bar exam. I had been looking forward to two things: 1) my 7 week class ending, and 2) school ending. There is a tiny lull before the bar prep course. Then I bought this house, and have been busy and obsessed ever since. I just want it all to be done, me moved in, the renter moved in, and nothing on fire.

My reprieve is short-lived, with the following Sat the MPRE prep course, that Wed may be my trade secrets exam (or delay for weather closings), the following Sat the MPRE, and the next week spent in Nebraska. The next week promises to be more moving adventures; though not mine. These aren't horrible obligations, but they do make getting my homework done extremely difficult.

I've been a bad boyfriend, while dhairya has been a patient and amazingly generous girlfriend. She's put up with my constant blabbing about mundane domestic issues, worked her ass off with me, and helped me not shop for things that clash horribly. I'm so glad she is moving soon - I have tons of karma I want to pay her back. I also owe her so much time I hardly know what to do.

I can't believe I took on more at this point in my life. But, I did, and I'm surviving. The worst appears over - now outside of putting down no-slip mooshy rug pads and laying out the rugs, plus runners which I can't seem to find in non-hideous colors, there is nothing to do but move in. Move in, and get back to "normal" life.

MOVING looks like it will have to be Sat, Feb 24, due to rain. I'm thinking 11am so I'm not waking people up early? Any ideas?

Housewarming party looks like it will be Sat, April 7.

See...you're gonna have to go out and get one of those USB cameras, so you can attach it to your system and set up a streaming feed...for those of us who *want* to participate in a fun (pre-tax day) housewarming activity, but are trapped elsewhere. That's right -- the Jose´ podcast of home warmings.

I like the idea of the word "pod" being involved with a party of mine.

I'm not being silly. You've got alot going on and your still taking lots of time to help me deal with my problems.

That's what friends do. You were always there for me, making time when it seemed important.

I sure hope I was. I can't remember whether I felt like I was or not anymore. You sure have been a good friend. I really appreciate it.
