vicarzSonofa. So today wasn't as easy as I had hoped - I don't think I'm going to get my MSJ done, and I had two unexpected office mates to play with.
Big problem for me in law school now. No, I haven't received any of my grades yet. The schedule was just posted today (with a claimed date of yesterday) and registration is June 19. My problem is this schedule is sparse and has serious schedule conflicts. Basically if I take Business Assoc, which I have to this term if I take it at all ever, I rule out all the other course I wanted to take.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS, JOHNSEN MW 0600P-0750P
(this guy sucks balls but the good guy only teaches 2-3pm)Need this class.
TRUSTS & ESTATES, COHEN TR 0800P-0915P
Good prof, the other one sucks royal balls
TRIAL ADVOCACY, KLEIN/ALSTON M 0600P-0750P
This is the good prof, conflicts with BA. In fact, all sections of this class conflict with BA except one that is open to "trial team members only"
EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION, HENTER, M 0600P-0750P
I want to take this, but it conflicts with BA
ADV CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, THACHER, T 0800P-0950P
Not really into this class, but it's a conflict anyway
DOMESTIC RELATIONS, D SMITH, TR 0800P-0915P
I wouldn't mind this, but I can take it next term and it conflicts with T/E
PRIVACY & INFORMATION SECURITY, LEDIG W 0600P-0750P
Would only take this for an easy class, grade, and not having to buy a textbook, but it conflicts with BA
That's it. I really tried to include all possible class options with any level of interest or at least tolerance. There is just nothing.
Lawyer peeps - how valuable is the class Business Associations in your legal schooling, bar prep, and practice?
