I've made a decision. I'm going to buy one last lottery ticket. If I win, I may go to UMich. I'm not interested in the big-bucks 80 hour a week job that UMich would get me, and unlike most law school grads I am already in mid-career and doing pretty good already. GMU fits my so-so aspirations, so I think I'll just send them the confirmation
IF I don't win the lottery. One last chance. Um, why go to law school if I win the lottery? I'll tackle that one later...
EDIT: Ugh I told my lawyer work bud about this, and again got yelled at. He suggested writing the admissions group, telling them how much I'd just love to go, but that to do so I'd really need a scholarship (as opposed to loans). There is something appealing about always being able to write my own ticket.
