She's unqualified for the same reason I'm not qualified to teach law classes. I've attended and taken exams, but not been in the role of professor (hey it was that or a sports metaphor - same reason a pitcher can't play as a catcher).
Yay, another Rehnquist? I realize it isn't a new thing, but inexperienced judges in SCOTUS seem odd. A criticism of our new Chief Justice was his short judicial history. It seems the way to avoid a confirmation hearing is to simply find noobs to fill the role.
