Sep. 7th, 2005 12:26 pmOh poop on a stick.
I just came back from my interview.
The location...was across the street from the Green Lantern. Oh be-have! It's a great place to be, lined by quiznos, blimpies, and Jerry's - no shortage of sandy witches.
The interview didn't go well. I got nothing positive from the guy's body language, and he asked me questions I could not answer. He didn't seem thrilled with my lack of DULL HR experience (bens, classification) and asked me to know a case name and CFR #s off the top of my head. I write and research, I do not have a reason to memorize things. Ugh. Hope my friend has a lot of input, because I'm not confident after the interview.
Of course I did good on the parts where I could draw in my mgt and ER experience.
I won't hear back for at least 1.5 weeks, and if I hear back it only means I'm one of 2-3 called back to interview with the Director.
