vicarzI would like to apologize for all my comments which made it seem as though I didn't believe the BushCo was moving fast enough to address the Katrina situation in NOLA. It turns out they are already taking advantage of this opportunity to start handing out taxpayer dollars to their freinds, specifically Halliburton. That's right, contracts are already in the hands of Halliburton. Seen the VP lately?

By the way, look up the former scandals about that company and you'll find all funds have been released - the admin waited until the fickle public forgot about the stolen funds, and gave them right back.
BushCo is trying to delay an investigation into the failures to NOLA, while the media machine tries to blame victims and the NOLA officials. They know that within days the USian public will not remember this and their feelings will be focussed on the latest reality show.
