It doesn't matter how an email is sent or what the packets look like on the internet, it only matters what the court says about them. It isn't important that a letter is in an envelope whether it's in the USPS or FedEx, it matters that one is ordained by congress while the other is private and has contract language built into their service. Law isn't like logic, it's not like real life, it's not something you see on tv or in a movie.
