That's an interesting twist. At the same time, I don't believe Darwin's theory should be applied to individuals. Let's look at the current phenomenon of couples of different races breeding and how features are changing because of the mixing of the gene pool and then theorize about whether or not average height is increasing or big noses are disappearing and stuff like that. This line of thought refers to large groups of a species, not individuals. Truthfully, I think that's a more accurate use of Darwin's theory.
