Dec. 6th, 2004 11:13 pmNotice I have yet to study. I got my ass kicked in boxing a video game. So, after 3 JD and cokes, and the first time I think I've drunk JD since I had alcohol poisoning at the age of 13, my co-worker opened up and said she just doens't undertand why her son voted for Bush. She voted for Kerry, and he is serving in the military in Iraq. Her son is a large reason she voted for Kerry. She has discussed many issues with him, and can't understand why he can think that Bush supported him on a single one. It's interesting. My other co-worker says she doesn't get it, she goes through the issues and analyzes the whole of them...tells accurately where each candidate was based on their statements and voting record, and says she doesn't get it. I told her it's time to get it - you have to understand the problems to fix them. You can't just declare yourself superior and everyone else moronic, you need a way to solve the problem (as you perceive it). Let's say you're right and everyone else is wrong - how do you correct the problem?
Can anyone tell me why my laptop's mouspad has decided to be moody and stop working properly? It is really taking a lot of work to get the cursor in the right place, and it was just fine before the trip. A bump? Age just hitting now? The x-ray at the airport? I checked my settings and they are fine.
