I just returned from my con law exam. I'm not unhappy with how I prepared for the exam. It wasn't as bad as I expected. At the same time, I have NO IDEA how I did. I had many on the fence multiple choice answers, and I left none blank. He takes points off when you're wrong, vs. blanks which are simply no-scores. That's so scary. I'm not unhappy though. If I get a C, I know why. If I get an A, I know why. I wouldn't change my approach, and I'm not unhappy with the efforts I put in.
A friend's offhand comment about knowing a dissenting AND MAJORITY opinion inspired me to quickly search for just that. I nailed that part of the exam, but had she not said something I would have been unprepared. Ages ago I gave her a tip I got from a classmate, that he asks "Name your favorite dissenting opinion and why."
I'm a little tired, and not seeing when I'll ever get a break. This week I am in training while I prepare for my property exam on the 15th. The 12th I start my detail as ethics officer, a program far behind as it was left in shambles. School starts the 10th, which means a week before hand I'll be on school schedule for preparing work ahead of time (about 20 hours or so before classes start). I really don't get a break until summer, and I'm burnt out now.
