Percent of Public School Teachers Who Reported Being Physically Attacked in the Past 12 Months
They add points for: Percent of 4th Graders Whose Parents Have Strict Rules about Getting Homework Done
It just appears to me that the data is very biased based on environment, pay scale of teachers, drop out rate, etc. Although those factors DO play into a groups intelligence, I think that if a better means of determining the "smart states" were presented , then I might buy into this idea.
