vicarzWARNING - there is a Federally-paid initiative plugging 'drunk driving enforcement' this weekend (last weekend too, canal exiting DC had a roadblock).
Drunk driving checkpoints everywhere! Remember - in DC DUI is at the discretion of the officer. It's not .08, .10, .04...it's anything. .01 can be dui in DC at the discretion of the officer.
