Aug. 16th, 2004 08:00 amAnarchists make an unusual move in uniting to vote for Kerry - just to get Bush out of office! Third parties considered but generally discouraged as they aren't as effective at stopping the present evil:

(very paraphrased, so sue me)
Today I start up law school again, and I'm ok with that. I've looked over the syllabi and they appear not to be any more demanding than last semester...though I only have two classes plus the writing class. This may leave me the ability to get all my homework done each week by Saturday night - giving me time to recreate Sat night and Sunday! We shall see how that turns out, a lot depending on how the writing class shapes up. This week I'm behind since I goofed off so much over the summer and had so much fun on Saturday that Sunday became...less than productive.
Constitutional law is actually fascinating to me right now. Neato! Don't know what property will be like - I've been warned it's more memorization than any other law class, but it's also a fairly calm and easy place to wind up career wise.
Speaking of law - from a document I may issue today:
17) The Complainant feels that when Dr. X uses the phrase "I'm the Boss," that he is "trying to make White people who he is over, give an account about the slavery of Blacks years ago." (ROI, Exhibit 10, Page 2).
