Eep - I just got a performance appraisal and it's my first government rating of "Outstanding." Eep! I'm such a damn smartass though, when I was handed the form I looked at it for a half a second, folded my arms and said "Yes, but what can I do to improve?" I'm lucky they didn't throw coffee at me.

ya know - I've always thought "outstanding" was a two edged sword. Like... am I outstanding because I'm doing good stuff, or because I smell so bad no one will stand near me?
