After years of not investing I just blew about 5 figures in the market. To match my enthusiasm, the dow just sunk below 10k. I repeat my initial assertion - I am a very predictive stock indicator. If I buy, sell, and vice versa.

The only things I've ever had in life were those that I got through slow careful planning. Nothing spontaneous has ever worked out. No natural abilities or inate tendencies (except negative ones). No handouts. No luck ever. Afuckingmazing.

More like criticizing me for the audacity to complain about things that far surpass others ability to even suffer. Gee my investments don't do well? Wait, I have that to invest!? Gee, I have to work hard in the gym to get results as opposed to just having it happen through genetics?

Im going to be looking into
Cubic Transportation Systems Inc. (AMIX: CUB)

The only company that makes the smart cards that METRO has committed to to the degree that they have created a shortage - from 8,000 cards a month to 4,000 cards a *day*.. somethings gotta go up with dedicated sales like that ;)

Not a bad thought! I'm scared of small companies though - I was battered in the tech sector once already. If I lacked the moral fiber to buy oil stocks I'd be set - but I'm ethically impaired (I have them).

well, yes and no. sure, in an ideal world you'd be my sugar-daddy and invest that $$ in me (because, really, shouldn't everybody?), but it still sucks to lose money, even if you technically have it to lose.

DAMMIT I'M TRYING TO BE COMPASSIONATE AND EMPATHETIC STOP TRYING TO ALIENATE ME!@#!@#$ >;)

Dude, if you've got that kind of money to blow, send me to Vegas and I'll double it on the blackjack tables...

Hey wait...why would I think that [profile] _blackjack_ would be proficient at some sort of gambling?

Sales probably took a sudden jump this summer since many Metro parking lots now require a SmarTrip card to park there. They stopped paying the toll-booth people. It'll probably level out some by the end of the year, but there are always people buying them, and buying new ones when they break theirs.
