Apr. 24th, 2004 03:50 pmDamn - injury re-confirmed. I hit the gym, and was unable to bench half (literally) what I could before this hit. That funny twingy feeling that made me lopsided when doing pushups made me almost unable to re-rack the bar...with my warm-up weight on it (quarters). Oh I cannot describe to thee howeth do this blow. Ize fawked up.
On the positive side, I could do back work and bicep stuff, but my triceps and all chest work is not possible. I'm beginning to hope they look at me and say "Oh, this BLANK is torn - you need minor surgery but it'll heal quick." I just want to know what is wrong, and be able to fix it. I miss my boob.
Oddly, I've lost TEN POUNDS. This isn't good loss, it's boobie loss I think. It turns out taht all this time I really was working hard in the gym, and eating all the time because I needed to!
