Adding value

A few dinners with Veronica and her friends made me realize I know little of consultant speak by comparison. Last night was one of those where another side of love blossoms, sure that sounds corny, but while we joke with consultant speak, she really does help me. UGH, add value. When it soaks in I'm grateful and really happy about it. Remember I joked about egalitarianism being easy until you are equal? She knows things I don't and educates me. She calms me down and helps me round my perspective. Her brains is big with stuff like knows and happened-experiences.

Last night we talked about the pros and cons of litigation. A big issue is how long it would take - I've been treating fuckmycontractor as if I could engage in action on my kind of schedule, but the one place that might face more delays than a construction site would be the legal system. They say when you litigate everyone loses, it's only a question of how much. Even if there was "winning," how long would that take?

I still have to make the construction project move. If I have to lawyer or litigate, I still have to get the house finished and fast.
