eljay has been blocked "at work," with the network noting the identified website has content described as "nothing," which violates Agency use rules.

I nastygrammed my contractor. Or rather I reminded him that the contract was started in May 2014 and projected a 120 day full house renovation timeline, that there have been 3 change orders and 3 invoices - the invoices all paid promptly. I noted I am losing $1200 monthly just in not being able to cover the expenses of 2 residents (ed, seriously, I typed that phonetic monster right there, yesidid), to say nothing of lost rental income I expected. I stated we need to set specific deadlines in writing, and have financial terms if those deadlines are not met to address my continued losses.

That's step 1 - and depending on his response we'll see what's next. If there isn't a commitment in a couple weeks, a lawyer consult is likely next.

The main floor living room has been stained and coated, so have the stairs (which look fantastic), and the railing has been disassembled. No other work is apparent.

Veronica and I were going to have xmas together in the house. It's almost April, and overall it's been almost 2 years.

Out of commission: I can't work out atm. It's an upcoming down week anyway, but I've had a nagging pain in my shoulder which slowly, without any known injuries or events, got worse. Well, now it's a steady dull pain buried deep in my shoulder that seems related to my neck. I can kill the pain with 400mg ibuprofen, but it's too bad to work out. Hopefully a week off will result in recovery.
