Oct. 27th, 2015 06:09 amI worked yesterday, with only breaks for food, about 6:30 until 10. When I brush off positive complements, it's because I had to do this for 3 days and I'm still not done - and my hearing is today. I'm genuinely confused - "I'm better than this," yet really...I've worked countless hours and am not done. I'd complain but I get baseless compliments about my intelligence and abilities.
I'd feel worse except I didn't work anywhere near this hard on a recent case that was a normal 1-day hearing and I won. Oh I'm sorry, "the Agency prevailed." I have 12 witnesses, 2 of whom were "surprise" witnesses. I have hundreds and hundreds of pages of exhibits, plus 2 EEO reports of investigation, 2 evidence files from disciplinary actions, and 2 internal control reports of investigation.
I also don't do all that many hearings. Anyway, off I go.
