Reality check
May. 10th, 2015 10:24 amWowzers...waking up late and too warm this morning, I pushed myself to my list of borderline productive activities after writing off yesterday to qualitative cat, video game, and nap time.
I'm expecting a change order this weekend, which is really to say in the next couple weeks for while Jordan has returned to very communicative and friendly (I think the delays got him down pretty bad as well) he's still not a big fan of paperwork nor prompt if my memory serves.
So each decision looks like the right one, but putting numbers to projects to paper and you realize this is a monster:
Extra insulation between floors 1340, spray foam insulation on ext walls 900, doors 6,000 (400 labor per, 800 per), new back french door 900?, hvac basement 10k, floors mat 1722, floor labor2-3k?, appliances main floor 3200 at 800 per 4, appliances bottom floor 2400 at 800 per 3 (super rough you see), pavers in driveway free but grading incl? not?, windows 7500 at around 500 per, utility room 1200 or paid?, a/c top 10k was it?, bars and remove the metal stairs godonlyknows 5k, moving all the utilities 18300?
I am counting things high and I think I paid for some of this, but viewing my totals and I see about 50k on upped items to a pending 50k balance.
My reno budget max of 250k looks like it's currently at 260k.
I also see...my stock balance dwindled down. A lot. As in pretty broke when the bills are paid.
