Jan. 2nd, 2015 04:35 pmBack from surgery! Surgery was around 7:30-11, or noon. I don't even remember leaving the pre-op room.
Hoping this is real:
Post-op: Very little pain in the hip at all. If I try to lift it or move it causes a wincing pain, but not a yelping pain.
Pending - when the local wear off we'll see how I really feel.
Crutches - the doc said I _had_ to use them until he said, and his standard was walking without discernible limp!? If that's the case, then it also seems to indicate not a lot of pain.
Doc says surgery went well - his work though. He says he may have taken a centimeter of bone off.
Woozy from anesthesia.
