The detailed accounts of your experiences at both the Rosslyn and Ballston location are great to read. I was pleased to see you are satisfied with the cleanliness of the gym and the friendly staff. I did notice, however, you listed availability of staff for assistance below satisfaction. Are you able to provide additional details so I can work on this for you?

There is always someone at the front desk. I know way back when (at a government agency gym) people walked around giving pointers to people, but gold's reserves pointers for people in training sessions (paid). I'm not unhappy with the situation though.

If you're looking for suggestions, well it wouldn't bother me if you considered equipping some staff with crossbows and when someone walks away from a freeweight area, but leaves their weights on the bar, you could just thwack them from a distance. They'd be easy to spot - any guy doing bicep curls in the squat rack has at least a 50% weight-mess-left chance.
