It's particularly fascinating that this AG opinion addresses application of the law, but the law remains on the books. What a weird fucking state...I mean commonwealth.
Odder too is that this concealed permit actually only allows, by the letter of the law, a handgun. If I foolishly conceal carry nunchucks, this may not comply with the law! Would you prefer my borderline self kept a shoulder holstered firearm or spinny sticks? Think someone didn't think that whole thing through? Think the NRA wrote the law and they don't give a rat's ass about rights generally?
