I'm revisiting Wendler's 5/3/1 periodization manual - my bible for the last uh...months to years. I realized in my push to hit awesome new maxes I kinda ignored the strong advice he gives of doing 90% of your 1 rep max for the program. Ok. Well if I am stalled after my butt-pull and getting sick, then after this 4-week-cycle I'll pull back a bit.

I'm mostly trying to find ways to bring up my squat. I feel like there must be a sub-group I'm missing.
My military press has gone up, and seems really helped by the pull-ups. My pull-ups are fun too - I didn't used to be able to do 5 sets of 10.
My DL I dropped down to work on my grip. Grip work is helping.
I'm not sure if my bench is moving or stalled, but this week's post from Cressey gave me some ideas that may help me there. If that doesn't help, I'll drop that weight down too.

The manual is fun, if a bit misogynistic in places (a section called "moving north of vag" comes to mind). I like the implied stfu about your problems aspect of it seen in the dips section:
"Many people can’t do them due to shoulder problems, but I’m not one of them, and that makes me very happy."
I can do dips. This makes me very happy.

I'm not a jock - I just work out all the time?
