Dec. 23rd, 2011 11:29 amYesterday, in the interest of holiday madness schedule of doom, I combined my thur & fri workouts like I used to do all the time. Wow. It turns out my workouts today are less stupid than the workout I used to do. I chopped some exercises and was too tired to others to my full capability. So, no big deal for 1 day, but confirmation that my current plan is better.
I'm having a hard time not eating a box of candy. I mean I'm already overweight - what more could a measly 1 more lb (of dark chocolate) hurt at this point?
