I feel somewhat ok about my week of failed lifts - my forearms are only now really recovering, so the fact my grip was slipping on deadlifts was not some sort of motivational failure or trick of the light. It really was hard for me. My back is still a little sore and tired; again showing I did do _something_ even if the particular goal was not achieved.
I actually got really annoyed when I realized I'd have to mix up my workout for Thur due to some stupid holiday I don't dislike under normal conditions. Pay me for 8 hours of not working sure - but fuck with my gym time and I'm pissed.
