Aug. 21st, 2011 06:29 pmI had fitness goals. When I started ... a couple programs ago I wanted to do a bench of 225, that's all. I still haven't done it.
However I had fitness goals of a 315 lb sqaut, 405 lb DL, 135 mil press, plus that silly bench.
Edit: That's press 1 plate, bench 2 plates, squat 3 plates, and dl 4 plates. I'm not very creative.
According to the last week, math, and the internet, I can now
Squat 321, DL 412, press 144, and bench 222.
That's different than doing it, but interesting. In about 3 weeks we'll see what I can do.
Then I'll have to decide what's next. I don't foresee huge changes but I do need to pick up sprints or running - and certainly stretching.
Your goal is always supposed to be "5 lbs more than last time."
This summer I made myself strong. And by summer I might mean 10 years but still...
