I still torture myself with absurd memories of things I did wrong or people I hurt when I was like...17. I watch the news constantly, only to hear of african rape gangs, north korean starvation, middle east oppression, and the usual assault on how government workers suck and are secretly really rich.
I have a negative bias. I watch the news. I see horrible things all the time.
So I'm trying to watch just a little less news, dwell a little less, and focus on a bit more dumb stuff like music - things that won't make me look at how much the world and people in it suck.
