10. Do not go on diets
9. Do not eat 10 cookies after every meal, including breakfast, because I'm not on a diet
8. Either play video games for hours, or clean the house, but do not play video games for hours and then complain about the state of the house
7. Treat each complainant (at work) with respect until they demonstrate they don't deserve it - preferably in person. In fact, extend this beyond work.
6.Listen to all stories you are told as though they are true, but do not believe any of them until verified. Key word - listen, in this include trying to watch for nonverbals if not to determine truth, to pick up on patterns for future lies and truths.
5. Keep trying to make the effort to be social, preferably beyond like-clicks. Go outside anywhere. Start by writing emails to all those people you didn't send holiday cards who sent you holiday cards.
4. I will not confuse regular social interaction with friendship or the absence as an absence of the same.
